BP Modern Cleaning offers 4 main cleaning services. We will go in order of frequency.

We offer free quotes where one of our friendly team members will organise a time to meet at the property with you, evaluate the site & send a quote to your email.
Upon approval, we will organise with you the best way to allow access into the property to complete the job, mainly meeting on site on the day and keys left with us while we’re on the job. Or if a work order has been sent by a real estate agency, we will collect the keys from the office, complete the job, return the keys, send after photos of the job to you with any maintenance issues we encountered & send the invoice.
Our team is made up of expertly trained cleaning professionals that complete all areas of cleaning jobs to the highest degree, plus any additional areas that are requested. If something has been missed, it will be rectified with a return to the job. 
We have a great relationship with our clients that use us on a regular basis, we offer fast service on jobs that need to be completed last minute, working with our clients to assist them with their needs. Otherwise we usually schedule in jobs for completion the next day. Our team is extremely flexible & can juggle more than 1 job on the same day.
